The ATAVT-2 is used to assess the ability to obtain an overview in the context of attention control. The ATAVT-2 test is the successor to the ATAVT and has been revised and expanded in content. Test form S3 is now also available as a variant of the test that does not contain any traffic-specific content. The ability to obtain an overview is important in road traffic for the quick and correct assessment of complex visual situations. With test forms S1 and S2, the test is therefore relevant for use in traffic psychology and in assessing the suitability of professional drivers. The test form S3 offers a way to measure the ability to obtain an overview using general abstract forms and is suitable for use in clinical and sports psychology.Adaptive, linear, and randomized presentation modes are available for all test forms and can be configured by the user in terms of difficulty, duration, and measurement accuracy.
