The Multitasking Test (M-TASK) measures the ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks and to allocate cognitive resources efficiently, while maintaining adequate performance levels across all tasks.

Primary areas of application: Personnel selection, particularly in safety-critical occupations such as military, aviation, and transportation. Aptitude assessment for educational programs.

Task+

In the M-TASK, the test taker is required to simultaneously work on three concurrent tasks over a 10-minute period while consistently maintaining balanced and high performance levels across all three task types. Simultaneous presentation of all three tasks creates genuine multitasking demands and requires coordinated attention allocation, rapid processing, visual monitoring and strategic prioritization.
