The PSI-2 is a mental health screening instrument with the intention to identify persons who may benefit from further attention. It screens for major psychiatric disorder, antisocial characteristics, psychological distress, depression and further assesses extroversion/introversion and test taking defensiveness.

The persons rate on a four-point scale, the extent to which different statements apply to them or reflect their views.
