Here is a detailed overview of the SCHUHFRIED Selection+
With the SCHUHFRIED Selection (SFS) you no longer have to purchase individual tests - instead, you can freely configure your testing using a premium selection of tests.
You’ll use only one SCHUHFRIED Selection administration per test session, regardless of how many tests are required to address your needs. This ensures that you can always use the optimal selection of dimensions without having to worry about cost or complexity.
Further advantages: With SFS Selection, you not only have access to individual tests, but also to additional functions of the Vienna Test System – SFS Test Solutions, the Test Generator and VTS Analytics.
SFS Test Solutions+
With SCHUHFRIED Selection licenses, you can also use SFS Test Solutions. This allows you to benefit from SFS Assessments, SFS Occupations, and SFS Dimensions.
SFS Assessments
SFS Assessments offer comprehensive and valid solutions for particularly relevant, frequently tested questions — including job and training-related aptitude testing as well as clinical neuropsychological and sport psychology assessments.
In addition to traditional requirements analyses, SFS Assessments are primarily based on current scientific findings regarding the psychological dimensions relevant for each question. Legal requirements or technical guidelines were of course also considered where applicable.
Most SFS Assessments also provide you with an additional total score in the scoring. This score indicates at a glance the percentage to which the test taker matches the respective ideal profile.
SFS Assessments with an additional total score:
- Professional Drivers
- Train Drivers
- Airline Pilots
- Athletes
SFS Assessments without an additional total score:
- Brief Neurocognitive Assessment
- Academic Aptitude
- Apprentices
- Note: No additional total score is available for these three assessments, as it is not possible to define one ideal profile due to the many different use cases.

SFS Occupations
The SFS Occupations are recommendations for aptitude testing for over 600 common job profiles. The selection of dimensions was made on the basis of requirements analyses and is fully covered by the SCHUHFRIED Selection tests.
How to find your solution: Simply enter the relevant job title in the search bar to receive a recommendation for the suitable testing. The test results are displayed in a clear joint scoring.

Create tests with the Test Generator+
The Test Generator of the Vienna Test System allows you to easily integrate your own content. You can create questionnaires, surveys, knowledge tests or simple ability tests in just a few steps.
Use four different types of test page: Text page, single/multiple choice or rating scales, free text and question matrix. Images are easy to add and text and images can be formatted flexibly. It is also possible to define an instruction phase and a test phase and include feedback for incorrect answers. A preview function helps you with the design.
Various scoring methods are available, such as the number of correct answers, working time and weighted sums for rating scales and partial points. The Test Generator is available to all VTS users.
In order to use the generated content in full (i.e. to administer and score it), you need a license. The license is included in the SCHUHFRIED Selection license package.
VTS Analytics+
With VTS Analytics, you can comprehensively evaluate test results from the SCHUHFRIED Selection. An interactive dashboard provides you with summary statistics based on your data.
This allows you to easily keep track of when and how much you test, the composition of your sample, and gain insights into the distribution of your test results. In addition, you can compare one person's test results with those of others and also track changes over multiple test dates.
Note: VTS Analytics is currently only available in VTS online.

You are in good hands with VTS online! The data of your test takers as well as all test results are secured automatically through regular backups. We always process your data confidentially and exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003, Data Protection Act 2018).
